Astralis is a niche player in the recruitment marketplace. We work closely with a small, select client base, which allows our consultants to intimately understand our clients' business, develop close working relationships and provide the high levels of service that are necessary in today's highly competitive market.

To reflect this approach, the consultants within Astralis have both significant recruitment and industry expertise, and work with clients on a retained project basis. This level of time and financial commitment by both parties provides the business climate that is most likely to succeed. Geographically, we provide HR and recruitment services throughout the UK and we are able to work on a global scale due to our extensive contacts throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and the US.

Astralis was formed in 1999, is independently owned by its Directors who actively participate and deliver client assignments, and now employs 14 talented people. The business has been built combining the very latest technology with the expertise of its people, to provide clients and candidates with efficient, effective and professional service.

For those who are curious about our name, Astralis (pron: Ast-RAH-liss) is derived from the Latin root 'Astral' meaning relating to or resembling the stars. This is reflected in our logo of three stars, representing the critical relationship between the three parties involved in our business: Client, Candidate and Consultant.
